Program Name
Teregna Queue Notifications — operated by Teregna LLC.
Program Description
Participating businesses can send notifications about a client’s visit where SMS is configured. A text may be sent when a client is called. Any appointment reminder depends on the office’s configuration and the applicable consent. A browser ticket remains available without SMS consent.
How to Opt In
Clients choose the optional SMS checkbox during check-in, or give staff permission for that visit. Providing a phone number or checking in alone does not establish SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of joining the queue.
Frequency and Delivery
Message frequency depends on the visit and the features the business has configured. Delivery and timing depend on the messaging provider and carrier. Teregna does not guarantee a fixed number of messages or a delivery time.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to the sending number to stop messages from that number. A provider confirmation may follow. A later check-in does not by itself override a carrier or provider opt-out; follow the messaging provider’s resubscription instructions.

Feature Availability
Available features depend on the office, region, plan, and provider configuration. New AI phone setup and phone subscriptions are currently unavailable. Chapa payments are currently unavailable. Existing configured phone lines are handled separately.
Trials and Pricing
US workspaces begin with a 30-day trial. Ethiopia workspaces have separate regional trial terms. Review the current plan, usage limits, and checkout details before starting a paid subscription or adding billed team members.
Privacy
We do not share client phone numbers for third-party marketing. The Privacy Policy explains how visit details and operational information are used.
