When clients check in using Teregna, we collect their name, phone number, and the service they are requesting. We also record the time of check-in and their position in the queue. This information is provided voluntarily by the client.
We use the information collected to manage the in-person queue at a business location. Phone numbers are stored to identify returning clients and, if real-time notifications are enabled in the future, to alert clients when they are near the front of the queue. We do not use your information for marketing.
The business owner and their authorized staff can see your name, phone number, service request, and queue status through a staff dashboard. Teregna employees may access aggregated, non-identifying data for product improvement purposes.
Queue records are stored in our database until they are cleared by the business owner. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing hello@teregna.com.
Teregna uses Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to any third party, and we do not share it beyond what is needed to operate the queue service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@teregna.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date.
