Do my guests need another app?
No. A guest opens your check-in link or scans the QR code, chooses a service, and gets a private ticket in their browser.
What about people who just walk in?
Your team can add a guest straight from the workspace. Today shows appointments and checked-in visits together, with a clear next action for each person.
Can I see both sides before signing up?
Absolutely. The workspace and guest demos are interactive. Use sample details to try a check-in, preview being called, and finish the practice visit. No account or personal contact details needed.
Will guests know when it’s their turn?
Their private ticket shows their current status. Where SMS is configured, guests who opt in can also receive a text when they’re called. Wait times are estimates, not appointments.
Can Teregna help with phone calls?
New AI phone setup and subscriptions are currently unavailable. Existing configured lines and usage remain separate. Contact us about availability; the demo does not make live calls.
