Every check-in, call-next, served, and no-show event is logged. Over time, this builds a picture of how your shop actually flows — not how you think it flows.
You'll see your true peak hours (often not what owners expect), the average time from check-in to served by service type, which days drive the most no-shows, and how long customers wait before giving up. Each of these metrics has a direct revenue implication.
Teregna's AI Insights feature lets you ask questions in plain language — in any language — and get answers about your queue data. 'When are we busiest on Saturdays?' 'What's our average wait time for haircuts?' 'How many customers have we served this month?' You get immediate answers backed by your real data, without needing to export anything or build a spreadsheet.
The system identifies customers with a pattern of checking in but not showing up. High-risk entries are flagged with a warning badge in the queue, so staff can mentally plan for them. You can also configure automatic no-show timeouts — if a customer doesn't appear within N minutes of being called, they're moved to no-show status automatically.
All your customer history is exportable as a CSV at any time. Your data belongs to you, not to us. Teregna doesn't sell it, share it, or analyze it across businesses. What you see in your dashboard is exclusively yours.
