Teregna's queue system runs in 9 languages — including Amharic, Tigrinya, Afaan Oromo, Spanish, Arabic, French, Chinese, and Somali. Customers check in and track their position in their own language. Your staff dashboard supports the same languages. No other queue management software comes close.
A customer who can't read the check-in instructions, doesn't understand the wait time display, or can't follow what's happening in the queue has a fundamentally different experience than one who can. In neighborhoods and markets where multiple languages are spoken, English-only software creates friction that drives customers to businesses that feel more like home.

Customer-facing queue, kiosk, and check-in screens are available in: English, Amharic (አማርኛ), Tigrinya (ትግርኛ), Afaan Oromo, Somali (Soomaali), French (Français), Arabic (العربية), Spanish (Español), and Chinese (中文). The staff dashboard also supports all of these languages.
Amharic, Tigrinya, and Afaan Oromo are native-level translations — not machine translated. They were written specifically for the Ethiopian market, where no queue management software had offered this before.
The customer-facing queue can detect the browser or device language and display in the appropriate language automatically. Or customers can select their preferred language from a clearly visible picker on the check-in screen. Either way, they see the interface in the language they chose.
Multilingual support was a core design goal from the start, not an afterthought.
